This combination assessment is carried out using the Test of Dyslexia and The Woodcock Johnson Assessment, Fifth Edition along with other assessments if needed, to help identify whether the assessee has dyslexia and/or dysgraphia. The assessment process follows recognized guidelines to make sure it is accurate and reliable. This means the results can be confidently shared with teachers and are widely accepted by primary, secondary, and higher education institutions. Recommended accommodations and instructional recommendations will be included in the final report.
A touchscreen laptop is recommended but not required. A document camera showing the workspace and allowing the examiner to monitor writing is required for dysgraphia evaluations. A document camera can be provided.
